WTMusic Interview: Anthony Esposito – Gritty

Jake E Lee’s Red Dragon Cartel has a new album out, Patina.

Jake E. Lee’s band Red Dragon Cartel has a new hard rocking album out called Patina and We Talk Music was joined by bassist Anthony Esposito to talk about it and a whole lot more.

Anthony Esposito gives a lot of great insight into what makes Jake E. Lee stand out even in comparison to some other legendary guitarists he’s worked with like Ace Frehley and George Lynch. He also tells us about the whirlwind days of joining a band like Lynch Mob so young, and some of the cool people he met because of it.

We also hear about the history of his Obscenic Arts Studio where Red Dragon Cartel’s Patina was recorded, and shooting the music video for “Bitter”.

Plus we talk a lot of puck as Anthony is a hardcore hardcore hockey fan and has converted Jake E. Lee, giving us some chance to talk the Las Vegas Golden Knights, Philadelphia Flyers and of course Gritty, sports hottest new mascot.

The unofficial Flyer’s mascot and the official one, Anthony Esposito and Gritty!

Check it out, it’s an awful lot of fun.
