As part of the Panel One Kickstarter that was held We Talk Comics offered the chance for a listener to come on the air and interview a Panel One member.

For those of you not familiar with P1, it’s a community of comic book creators looking to help each other by fostering creativity and awareness, and has a combination of established creators and independent talents involved.

Dave Swartz, himself a comic creator with the book Atlas: Origins, backed Panel One’s Kickstarter that was created to allow an independent comic show. As his guest on the show he chose Futility artist Cam Hayden to interview.

This is a fun talk as they compare local comic conventions, art techniques, and weird commission requests. Dave and Cam had never met but it’s like they were old friends and just clicked immediately. Heck, WTC host Mo hardly had to say a word at all!
